Insight Miner is a tool in the InferenceCloud AI suite. It analyzes your source materials and then extracts key talking points to inform the foundation of the content creation process. It enables content to be created based on insightful, original inputs that you specify (”talking points”). It is designed to be used in conjunction with other InferenceCloud tools as indicated below:
Use **Strategy Explorer** to determine what topics your target audience is interested to achieve a specified communication objective based on external data and trends.
Use Insight Miner to identify relevant talking points from your own internal source materials, or by mining online knowledge or other available external source materials.
Use Inference Writer to generate one-off content pieces and briefing documents engineered by AI to achieve a specified objective using relevant talking points from Insight Miner and strategic topics from Strategy Explorer.
Use Strategy Builder to generate AI-engineered campaign plans filled with content created by Inference Writer that builds towards milestone goals over a period of time.
Insight Miner can process Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents, PDFs and most video and audio file formats, as well as crawl specific web sites.
Create a new Insight Miner project and choose what type of source materials you want to mine. You can combine files, web links and imported projects together.
Note that large files, such as video files may take some hours to process (because the video needs to be “played”).
Once files have been uploaded, Insight Miner will show a short summary together with tags that describe the content of the document.
Note that you can always manage the upload and stop the uploading or processing of all the files or individual files, which is useful in case you have selected the wrong sources. It happens to the best of us. See (1) in the image.
