AI is heavily dependent on you, the human master to create good results. Here are 5 things you can do to set your AI powered assistant on the right path.

First, have clearly defined topics

<aside> <img src="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" alt="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" width="40px" /> When selecting the topics to write about (from Strategy Explorer) avoid selecting too many, and avoid topics that are contradictory. Trying to write about too many things leads to word soup.

Second, very clear about the objective

<aside> <img src="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" alt="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" width="40px" /> Think about exactly what you want to achieve. Make sure the objective states this in simple terms. Try to state what you want to achieve rather than what the AI to do. Would a human being understand your objective?

Third, provide sufficient insights

<aside> <img src="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" alt="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" width="40px" /> InferenceCloud will only create content based on the insights that you provide. The more source material you can mine for insights the better. Really, give it as much as you can. One document is not usually enough.

Fourth, are the topics, insights and objectives aligned?

<aside> <img src="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" alt="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" width="40px" /> Do the insights that you have provided support the objective that you want to write about? And are these things in line with your topics? Asking Inference Writer to write about dragons, based on insights about elves with the objective of promoting wizards may not lead to success.

Finally, provide a title to set a clear expectation

<aside> <img src="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" alt="https://prod-files-secure.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/b8c407ff-d582-4ee4-8190-b93a08ebca4e/a5d0afbf-2d24-46f5-9bef-f30b4bace0be/tip.png" width="40px" /> The title of an article sets an expectation that the body of the article must fulfill. In the same way, giving Inference Writer a title for your content lets it know in clear terms what it must deliver on. Can’t think of a title? The “suggest” button will find titles that work with your insights and topic data.
